Tested & RecommendedNational Home Gardening Club's Member Tested program allows hundreds of club members every month to receive and test in their gardens new products. These avid, experienced gardeners put the products to work in their garden, then evaluate the results based on a number of criteria, including Value, Ease of Use, Results compared to manufacturer's claims, and other potential product benefits. The NHGC publishes the results of these tests in its Gardening How To magazine, and any product recommended by more than two-thirds of the replies earn the right to display the NHGC Member Tested and Recommended Seal. During the Spring of 2001, NHG Club members tested The Guarden GK2448S, a 2' x 4' version of the GK Series Multi-Season growing system and returned a unanimous 100% approval. The results of those tests and samples of comments will be published in the July-August 2001 issue. On a rating scale of 1-10 (1 being poor and 10 being excellent), The Guarden GK2448S received the following average overall ratings in key consumer areas:
